Project Details:

San Felipe Del Rio CISD selected Frontera Construction from competitive, sealed bid process to construct their new Concession, Toilet Room and Dressing Room Building for the Del Rio Freshman Campus. The facility was constructed with split -face CMU walls and a steel structure with a modified- roof.

The Facility is constructed with a multi-zone HVAC system. It was also equipped with commercial grade appliances and refrigeration equipment. The project started in December 2014 and was completed in August 2015.
