Project Details:

After a remodel of an existing Burger King in Del Rio, TX, the owner contracted Frontera Construction to build a new Burger King Store in Eagle Pass, TX. The new store is a 20/20 Garden Grill model. It is approximately 2,866 square ft. The store is wood framed with pre-engineered wood trusses. It has a EIFS, stone, brick and tile exterior wall finish with a TPO roof system. There are multiple interior finishes that include ceramic tile floors and walls, brick and stone walls, ceiling and wall elements, and electronic display boards. There is a full commercial kitchen with a walk in cooler and freezer. This project was completed in less than 100 days. Upon completion and isnpection of the project by Burger King corporate personnel, Frontera Construction was named as a Burger King Preferred Builder for an 8-state region. This distinction was given, not only for the quality of construction, but for the value of the overall construction costs as well.
