Project Details:

Rancho Arenosa selected Frontera Construction to design and build a new house and covered parking structure to their property in Kinney County. The house consists of 1,000 sq. ft. of covered porches.

The house and covered parking was constructed with split faced CMU with exposed cedar beams and a galvanized metal roof. The concrete floors are sained and sealed. Granite countertops and stainless steel gas and electric appliances were installed in the kitchen. A new water filtrations system was installed for the entire ranch headquarters during construction.
