After remodeling two existing Dairy Queen stores, Frontera Construction was contracted to build multiple new Dairy Queen stores for the same owner. This store is located in San Angelo, TX on Knickerbocker Road. This store is a Grill and Chill Core 72 model. It is approximately 3,025 square ft. This model includes a wood framed structure with an EIFS, stone and metal panel wall finish on the exterior. The inside is finished with ceramic tile on the floors and walls along with multiple decorative ceiling elements and a full commercial kitchen. The kitchen includes a walk-in freezer and walk-in cooler. The project was completed in 95 working days.
