Project Details

This was the first project that brought together Mr. John Weston and Ira West resulting later in the formation of Frontera Construction.

Mr. John Weston and Partners selected Mr. Ira West during his time with another contractor who was also a partner in the project, to design and build a new 35,000 sq. ft. condominium complex at Lake Amistad, TX.

The Condominium was constructed with engineered slab and framing, insulated low-e glass windows, R-19 exterior wall insulation and R-38 attic and between floor insulation. Sound proofing and fire block features. Energy efficient HVAC units and pre-wired for satellite TV, Internet and phone service. It includes a pool, BBQ and fire pit are and fenced lawn.
