Project Details:

Frontera Construction was chosen by competitive sealed bid process to construct the S.A.A.C. for the SFDRCISD in Del Rio, TX.

The project consists of a complete renovation of the original 28,000 sq. ft. Del Rio High School building which was originally completed in 1935. It also includes 3 new additions totaling 6,000 sq. ft. The work includes all new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, a new elevator, metal wall framing, masonry structure, extensive decorative woodwork and millwork, frameless glass walls, and completely remodeled auditorium. The new facility will serve as the new administration offices for the school district, as well as a performing arts center for the entire student body.
