Project Details:

Frontera Construction was selected by competitive sealed proposal to build the Ozona Medical Clinic for Crockett County.  The clinic serves as a mini hospital for the region and is currently operated by Shannon Hospital.  Construction started in March of 2016 and was completed in March of 2017.  The building is 9,300 square feet and is constructed using a combination of structural steel and metal framing.  It has a stone exterior veneer with a metal roof and soffit.  There are multiple exam rooms, restrooms, labs, imaging rooms, and offices within the facility.  The interior is finished with a combination of ceramic tile, VCT, and carpet on the floors with decorative metal wall panels or painted gypsum board for the wall finishes.
